Q: Do I need a lawn for stork sign installation?

Yes, a grassy lawn with unobstructed soil is required for safe setup the new baby sign. We’re unable to place signs on surfaces like rocks, mulch, concrete, or near public utilities. Our team installs the sign by driving a stake about 10 inches into the ground. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us!

Q: When should I reserve a stork sign?

We’re excited to help with your new baby birth announcement sign! For scheduled deliveries, book in advance to secure your date. If it’s a surprise, call us as soon as the baby is born, and we’ll work to set up the stork sign promptly. We can provide next-day delivery if the order is placed and paid by 4 PM the day before. While we can’t guarantee installation before the new parents return home, we’ll do our best to make it happen! After submitting our form, we’ll call to confirm your order and process payment. If the delivery address is more than 10 miles away from our business address in Leander Tx, additional mileage fees will be added to your invoice. We are happy to give you an estimate! We accept payment via Venmo and Zelle, and PayPal.

Our stork signs are $105 for a 7-day rental for birth announcements, including a keepsake personalized bundle. If the delivery address is more than 10 miles away from our business address in Leander Tx, additional mileage fees will be added to your invoice. We are happy to give you an estimate!

Q: Can I order a sign for grandparents?

Absolutely! We offer grandparent stork signs starting at $105. The rental period is 7 days, and the personalized bundles are yours to keep.

Q: What happens if I don’t pay in time?

To avoid cancellation, payment must be made at least 24 hours before delivery. We’ll send reminders to ensure your order is secured. Have questions? Feel free to reach out!

Q: What is your refund policy?

We’re dedicated to meeting your requests to the best of our ability. If any issues arise with your order, we’re happy to offer a refund. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any last-minute requests not discussed at booking.

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your stork sign rental at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, or if extreme weather prevents us from setting up your sign.
However, refunds are not available if:
– We are unable to access a gated community.
– Entry is denied by a security guard at a gated community.
– The homeowner or recipient does not allow sign setup.
– There is a threatening animal on the property.
